Glass fingerprint

Capture a blown-glass piece from enough angles to build a fingerprint strong enough to re-identify it later. A live rating climbs as coverage, sharpness, and distinctive detail add up — capture until it reaches Strong.

1
Kill reflections

Dark, matte, neutral surroundings so moving highlights don't get baked into the fingerprint. This screen stays dark on purpose.

2
Circle it slowly, at a few heights

Keep it centred and orbit, then again higher and lower. Blurry or repeat angles are ignored, so move deliberately.

3
Feed the detail score

The distinctive, hard-to-forge parts drive the rating fastest: move in close on the pontil mark, any signature, and cold-working, and take a backlit angle or two to record the internal bubbles.
